From here on out, you don’t give up your entire day on a lost meal or moment. Binged on some cookies? Stop the binge there- don’t say ‘fuck it’ and reach for the chips, too. Start to realize that at any moment during the day you can change the outcome. The less you say ‘fuck it’ the closer you get to your goal.
